I learned this neat new trick at a teachers' retreat and I shared it with my students today. They loved it and I thought you might too. Here's how it goes:
- raise your arm high in the air and point to God
- now move your finger in a circle going clockwise
- slowly bring your finger down in front of your chest, still moving it in the same direction.
Now which way is it going?
Answer: counter clockwise!
You see it all depends on your perspective. What a great reminder for us to be in a right relationship with God, praying for the wisdom to see as He does. Things are not as they seem.

Pointing to God and praying for His eyes

This was pretty cool! Thanks for sharing. I saw your link over at Why I Am Catholic blog.

Thanks Amanda! My students love this exercise too, although there are always a few that don't get it and spend the rest of class twirling their finger in the air trying to see it! ;-)
